Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled at any time with written notice. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to aidan@aidanbranley.com
• For ongoing projects, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
• Recurring services (maintenance, hosting, etc.) can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Upon cancellation, you will retain ownership of all completed work and deliverables
