Refund and Dispute Policy

Refund Policy

All services are custom-built to your specifications. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of project completion or service delivery
  • Refunds are not available for completed work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Partial refunds may be considered for projects terminated before completion, based on work completed
  • Any third-party costs (hosting, domain, software licenses) are non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a charge or service, please contact us immediately at aidan@aidanbranley.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues in a timely and fair manner. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we are committed to working through appropriate channels to reach a resolution.
